Grounded in mindfulness and designed to equip busy professionals with the fundamentals of wellbeing, Rise guides attendees to apply practical and effective techniques, which are now more relevant than ever than ever before.

Rise integrates insights from the latest in neuroscience and the most ancient in practical wisdom. Participants leave with a toolbox of simple and effective practices, a refreshed outlook and increased resilience.
The programme is delivered one morning per week, for an hour and blends experiential practices, teaching, discussions and online support materials.
