The programme is delivered to you by Barry Lee and John Slattery over four weekly 1-hour sessions. The programme is designed to (a) demystify the term mindfulness and (b) empower you to introduce tools and practices into your day to support you to rise to meet whatever life presents you.
Each session will be devoted to one of the following four key themes:
In the first half of each session Barry and John share key insights and simple practices. The second 30 minutes is optional. You choose to stay on with Barry and John to embed the learning through exercises and group discussion.
You will receive an email after the session with practical guidance on how to integrate the learning in your day-to-day. The e-mail will also include a recording of the session to watch back or catch-up on.
