The programme is delivered to you by Barry Lee and John Slattery over four weekly 1-hour sessions. The programme is designed to (a) demystify terms like mindfulness and self-compassion and (b) empower you to introduce a variety of tools and practices into your day to support you to rise to meet whatever life presents.
Each session will be devoted to one of the following four key themes:
Each week Barry and John will share a variety of insights and simple practices on each of the key themes. There will also be experiential exercises and plenty of space for group discussion / questions.
You will receive an email after the session with practical guidance on how to integrate the learning in your day-to-day. The e-mail will also include a recording of the session to watch back or catch-up on.
